1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions govern baking classes and related purchases offered by Dessyn Bakery Corp, doing business as Mille-Feuille Bakery Cafe, located at 552 LaGuardia Place, New York, NY 10012. You can reach us at office@millefeuille-nyc.com.

2. Class location

We operate more than one location, and several addresses may appear for our business on Google Maps and Apple Maps. All baking classes are held exclusively at our Greenwich Village location, 552 LaGuardia Place, New York, NY 10012. Please make sure you travel to this address; you are responsible for arriving at the correct location and on time.

3. Booking & payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your class start time.
• Some classes require a minimum number of guests; if a session does not reach it, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.

4. Cancellation & rescheduling

Can't attend? Your seat is transferable at no cost — send a friend or family member in your place; just email us their name before the class. The following terms apply to every booking, regardless of the reason, including personal or family emergencies:

• More than 10 days before class: full refund, minus a $20 service fee per person.
• Within 10 days before class — cancellation: $50 fee per person; the balance is refunded.
• Within 10 days before class — rescheduling: $50 fee per person.
• Rescheduling limit: up to 2 times, requested at least 2 days before the class.
• No-show: non-refundable.
• If we cancel a class: you receive a 100% refund, including any fees.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Because our classes are small and ingredients are prepared in advance, and because we cannot verify individual circumstances, these terms apply equally to every guest.

5. Gift cards & vouchers

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Third-party vouchers (for example, Groupon) are additionally subject to the issuer's own terms as well as the class policy above.

6. Allergens & food safety

Our classes involve common allergens including wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, and nuts, and are prepared in a kitchen that handles these ingredients. Classes are not suitable for guests with severe or life-threatening allergies. Please contact us before booking if you have concerns.

7. Age & supervision

Participants must be at least 12 years old. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult for the duration of the class.

8. Health, safety & liability

Classes take place in a working kitchen with hot ovens, sharp tools, and other equipment. You agree to follow staff instructions at all times and participate at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your participation is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

9. Photography & media

We may photograph or film classes for marketing and social media. If you prefer not to appear, please let a staff member know at the start of your class.

10. Intellectual property

Recipes and materials provided during a class are for your personal, non-commercial use.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
