What baking classes does Mille-Feuille offer?

A croissant class (2.5 hours, plain croissants, pain au chocolat, almond croissants — take home 15 to 20 fresh croissants plus raw dough) a macaron class (2 hours, classic French meringue technique, chocolate and vanilla — take home 25 macarons), and a madeleine, financier and chocolate fondant class (2 hours, three French tea-time classics from scratch — take home a box of everything you bake). Private classes for groups and events are also available.

How much do Mille-Feuille baking classes cost?

Who teaches the classes?

Chef Olivier Dessyn, founder of Mille-Feuille Bakery. Olivier trained at the Ritz Cooking School in Paris and under Pierre Hermé (named World's Best Pastry Chef in 2016) and Camille Lesecq at Hôtel Meurice.

How many students per class?

Classes are capped at 8 students per session for a personal, hands-on experience.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 10 days before the class date receive a full refund minus a $20-per-person administrative fee. Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available.
